Chest Hair
Removal
Chest hair
removal is a reality for many women.Nipple hair. It happens. Hair
on a woman's chest does happen.
It doesn't grow as it does with men, but some hairs do appear. And if you are a
woman with some hair on on your breast, most probably around the aerola, you should know this is not
uncommon.
As women age they can also grow more hair on their bodies, including the aerolas.
This isn't usually talked about. Some women just tweeze it, and no it doesn't make the hair grow coarser- that
is just a myth. Plucking usually works fine, and the pain is not too bad. When hair does grow here it is normally
just a few hairs, or even one.
If there is a sudden splurge of hair growth on the breast, or any where else, you should consult your doctor,
otherwise just remove it.
The majority of women tweeze it out.
In order to pluck, a bit of common sense does help. If it is cold and the nipples are hardened, obviously there
will be a lot of pain if you pluck it. So perhaps the best place to do this is in the shower while enjoying the hot
water that has at the same time opened the pores.
(It is also a good time to check your breasts).
I wouldn't suggest shaving - the close contact with the razor and the possibility of an accident, isn't a good
idea.
Lasering, can be done, but is it worth it for the number of hairs involved?
Waxing: if the amount of hair warrants it, then yes it can be done. Just be careful as the pain involved can be
significant, and there have been reports of bleeding.
For the amount of hair usually involved, plucking is good enough.
Applying a depilatory cream is also a good idea; many women do, and though the creams can be expensive, they are
effective. As usual, read the instructions carefully, and try it out previously in a less sensitive area.
