Tweezing, Plucking, Threading
There are certain body areas where women practice hair removal such as eyebrows, chin and cheeks that are usually populated with few hairs.
In these cases the best hair removal methods are through plucking by using a pair of tweezers.
There are different types of tweezers available, including the small ones that come with Swiss knives (I only mention that because it is what I use)
Tweezing and Plucking Tips

Plucking and tweezing is a simple process, and we have probably plucked a stray
hair at one time or another, even if it is a result of playful tugging.
So it is not a complicated science.
Tweezing and hair plucking is not recommended for large areas for obvious reasons. It will take too long, it will be frustrating as there will always be another stray hair that needs to be plucked, and finally because of the pain involved.
One of its advantages is that the cost for a pair of tweezers is low. As it is used to remove stray hairs, it is usually done while grooming in front of the mirror and the time spent is over very quickly.
For best results you can moisten the area with warm or hot water as this softens the skin making the hair plucking easier and less painful.
Many people recommend pulling the hair in the direction of the hair growth. I have found it works better for me when pulling against the direction of the hair growth. This may be because of a better hair grip, or that I tweeze after a hot shower and the skin pores have opened. Whatever the reason, it works for me.
Use a mirror and with good lighting.
Stretching the skin (for cheeks, typically push outwards with your tongue) as this allows for a good grip and is easier and lees painful.
After tweezing hair will regrow, but in a longer period of time which can be between 1 and 3 weeks.
